Mhister Grill

I went there to eat after church one week ago. I ordered their Pork Liempo, which arrived after 14 minutes. But it didn't really bother me because I was studying. I was even surprised with the size! It seems like 2 x 5 x 3 inches, like one huge slab or chunk of the pig's belly.

Eating it revealed its very tender meat. It tasted like Hamonado though or Baby Back Ribs but its interior lacked any taste so I smothered it with the sauce which came with the meal. It was good nonetheless but I'm not having it again because I'm not a fan of Hamonado.

I would like to try the Fried Chicken or the Lechon Kawali next time.
