Jojie's Painitang Bol-anon

My friend treated me here one day. As I entered, I was amazed at the number of people in it and the wide array of native food displayed in front of me.

I chose the sapin-sapin because it was my first time to encounter it. One of my friends had a camote snack while one had nilubid.

The camote was sweet.

The nilubid had a variety of flavors in it.

And my sapin-sapin was fine. It seemed to be made from milled glutinous rice.

We all drowned it with a cup of tsokolate.

Everything is at about P10. Definitely worth it since, I think, proceeds go to Boholano  Farmers.

This is also good because it is something new and it preserves the culture we inherited from out ancestors.

Next time, I will have all the others! Hahaha. :)
