One day, thank God, my friend introduced me to Kanin Club where we had Spicy Tahong, Crispy Dinuguan, Lemon Chicken, Tinapa Rice and Chorizo Rice.
The Spicy Tahong was not that spicy... for me, that is.
The Lemon Chicken was so-so.
But the Crispy Dinuguan is the star. I like the crispy innards smothered with dinuguan sauce. At first, I thought it wasn't crispy because it just looked like your ordinary dinuguan but when I tasted it, I got blown away. Yum yum yum.
The Tinapa Rice is the runner-up and thus worth mentioning. It was delicious.
The Chorizo Rice is bland even if it had Chinese sausage.
I will return here for all the crispy goodies in their menu as well as the Kare-kare, caldereta and adobo.
